As some of you may know Trinity will begin randomly drug testing its students for the 2015-16 school year. There have been many takes on both sides of the argument. I received these screen shots of Facebook posts in my email over the weekend and thought I should share them on the message boards. The post come from the Facebook of a well-respected criminal defense attorney who is a Louisville native and Trinity alumnus Keith Kamenish. Mr. Kamenish opposes the random testing and has, over the weeks since it was announced, built a good case on why the testing isn't necessary at Trinity.

After a long trail of rumors the LIZARD is not dead!!! Could he be back to reload, rebuild and revitalize the KYPREPS?? Only time will tell.... Let me know!

With all of the bashing of officials it might be good for the KHSAA office to spend more time on rules on their rules clinic on line training. I know in the past that most of this clinic is about sponsors and where to buy uniforms. Much of this is for the schools and not the referees. This might help out on some of the rules that are not clear. I can see a referee being asked about a new rule and telling a coach that they have no clue on the rule but they do know about dead period and where to buy the KHSAA approved uniforms. Just a thought?
