I'm going with Collins because I don't even know where Spenser county is located. Sad. I know.

Spencer Co. Is located just South of Collins County...( sorry, inside joke of the area) Anyway, Spencer does not like Collins.
Coach Marksbury always has his team ready to play Collins.
Spencer has not played the level of completion that Collins has faced and I feel that is one advantage for Collins.
The game is being played at Collins.
Special teams seem to have been a problem for Spencer while it is a very strong for Collins.
With this, 23-14 Collins.
