Snider remains unsigned

The No. 31 prospect in the Rivals150, Quentin Snider is said to be rethinking his commitment to Illinois and remains unsigned at the moment.

Snider has de-committed once before from one of the schools he is said to be reconsidering now, Louisville. After the de-commitment of JaQuan Lyle it make sense that the Cardinals would pursue the Ballard High School guard.

It's no secret that Snider was/is a life-long Card fan. Committing after his sophomore season says a lot about how he feels about Louisville.

They are not alone, UCLA reportedly has a voice in the talks. Snider almost picked the Bruins when he committed to Illinois.

Bowling Green's hidden gem

With a top prospect at the wide receiver position in Nacarius Fant, the Bowling Green Purples are stacked at offense. But as the saying goes, "offense sells tickets, defense wins championships."

The Purple's recent addition to the team, Darrian Scott, is a leader on the team. Scott is a 5-foot-10, 231 pound defensive end. After sitting out a year because of transferring, Scott only has interest from Campbellsville University. However, in six games this year he has 31 tackles(23 solo), three sacks, and one fumble recovery.

Kentuckypreps.com will keep you updated on Scott and the Purples.
