Jason Foley has been named head football coach at Taylor County High School. Formerly the head coach at Northern Middle in Pulaski County. Assistant coach at Russell County prior to taking the Northern job in 2010. Won 4 State Championships at Northern over the past 7 seasons, starting that building block that led to 4 straight KHSAA title game appearances (2013-16) for the high school, with the high school's first state championship in 2014. He was offered a few other opportunities to move up to the high school level over the past few years and chose to stick with Northern until the time was right. Most notoriously, turning down the Adair County head coaching position last season. I guess that time is now. Congratulations to Coach Foley and good luck to the Cardinals.
